Decorate your bike for the holiday season and join others for a bright, colourful, wintry ride. If you plan to keep riding right on through the winter, this is a chance to make a statement of it in style, or to get a fun taste of cold weather cycling if you’ve never done it before.
What: Light up your bike for the holidays and join Bike Ottawa for an informal festive get together, and a ride around the Parliament Hill illuminations!
When: Thursday, December 7th, 2017 | 5:30pm (pre-ride meet-up), ride departing at 6:30pm

Route
We will depart from City Hall (north side) at 6:30 and ride as a group along Laurier to Bank St., and then on to Parliament Hill in time to see the lights turned on at 7pm. We’ll then join the light show with a short ride around the hill, displaying the best (and brightest) of Holiday bike decorations!
If you can make it out early, join us at City Hall at 5:30 for a pre-ride meet-up: fit in a quick skate and chat with fellow winter riders before we head out.
