Bike Ottawa celebrates 40 years of advocating for safe cycling

Bike Ottawa took to the streets and Queen Elizabeth Driveway yesterday to celebrate its 40th anniversary of working to make the streets safer for cyclists (and by extension people who walk and roll as well).

Thanks go out to Bread By Us bakery who made the cookies we shared at our spot in the NCC Summer Zone on the Queen Elizabeth Driveway. Thanks also to the NCC for making the space available to us. And a special thanks to all of you who stopped by to talk to us and learn more about what we do, whether directly after the Critical Mass Ride or later in the afternoon.
