The Ontario government intends to limit debate and bypass committee hearings on Bill 56 that will scrap speed safety cameras.
Across Ontario, people have rallied against the bill. Councillors are opposed to it as well. Data shows speed safety cameras save lives.
But no, the government is not interested in listening to people or data. It just wants to bully its way through and set its own alternate reality (aka narrative).
